Refund policy
At MaxOut, all products sold are digital downloads (PDF ebooks and digital guides). Because of the nature of digital content, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Nature of digital goods All items are delivered electronically and are available for download immediately after purchase. Due to this instant and irreversible access, digital products are generally non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are consenting to immediate delivery of digital content and that you lose your right of withdrawal once download begins, in accordance with applicable EU distance-selling regulations for digital content.
When we will issue a refund We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will offer a full refund if:
- You experience a technical issue and are unable to access or download your file, and our support team cannot resolve it within a reasonable time
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from what was described on the product page
When we won't issue a refund
- You changed your mind after downloading the file
- You didn't read the product description before buying
- You no longer wish to use the product
